In the forums (which will become locked / read only on sunday night) you will see topics on types and names of networks. These are networks I run and have created on ning.com which its free to create your own community, blog, video or myspace like network, without the annoying bulletins, or drama.
In these threads you can see what the rules and guidelines are, the terms of service for each network is, and the so on and the like there of.

You may join darkly Magickal inc. as a portal if you would like but the main sites are the networks themselves. I would encourage you to join them. Please be advised the main network RULE for all three networks is to Upload an Image at account creation, because if you don't your membership is more than likely not going to be approved.
